Cons

Targets Not always achievable. Regular account managers are not hitting commission for over a year. This is common depending on territory. Company car takes a extremely long time to hire so you end up with a hire car nothing like you are promised. Managers don’t assist and when they do they bring a tick sheet to your meeting and tick and cross in front of customers (this is done at all levels and looks incredibly bad to customers) Managers dump most duties or key and major account managers who honestly work all evening and at least one day at the weekend for less than fair pay.

Pros

Great work-life balance, easy to hit sales metrics, but even so there is no reward or recognition for doing so. Kind of a joke.

Cons

4 years ago this company was great and the monetary incentives were thriving. In the last 4 years, management has turned over and the commission plan has since died. Incentive to make money is hanging on by a thread.

room For growth. Decent pay. Free stuff sometimes.

Cons

Don’t work here. No one is on the same page. Management tells you one thing but then tell you another thing if you ask someone else. They are so understaffed that your slammed every single day. And if you take a moment to breath your going to have management breathing down your neck asking you why your not taking calls. You can have the best stats on the team but if your not a favorite it’s not good enough. Also because they are so understafred they will take your break away. They say they are customer service but We are suppose to get people off the phone within 260 seconds.
