      Big and stable company. Full range of benefits Willing to invest in people training

      Cons

      Too many old people with fixed mindset especially at the management level. Say one thing yet do another. Pretends to be open-minded and democratic but its just for show. Some of the leaders are expected to be treated like kings/queens.
