Good company name and reputation.

Cons

The Senior Management is excessively critical in an overbearing manner that is not constructive nor helpful for employee nor company. They label feedback as a gift but it is abused and creates a toxic environment. Employee Opinion Surveys are held internally each year but employees are afraid to give an honest review of their managers. There is favoritism for promotions and Sr. Managers have very close relationships with Tender Managers that also will criticize you as the Pricing Analyst. Sr. management is unsupportive of unreasonable timelines and will expect you to oblige. They also do not respect vacation time and will call you on your time off.

Good benefits, good amount of PTO/vacation, work is pretty easy to do. Overall good job and good place to work

Cons

No language pay. They care about being international, but no incentive to assist multilingual customers. They changed metrics and are now trying to find ways to get people away from remote work.
