The systems are horrible, can't compare to other freight forwarders in the market. They use a outlook version of 2010 and a inventory data base that seems extremely ancient. The management team is terrible in Miami. No formal training was given, it's a more like a float or drown scenario. Very micro managing, make employees feel unappreciated. A ridiculous uniform policy that makes everyone look like auto zone employees. Not to mention everyone is extremely unorganized. They are known for laying off employees during the early months of the year. So no one is ever safe here.

Company constantly tells employee that the SC location is safe from layoffs but instead will "restructure" and eliminate entire departments at once and often. The job is a lot more complicated than they liked to describe or pay for. Your mistakes could cost thousands. They only call it a data entry job so that they can pay less.
