Poor leadership - Lack of sincere recognition - Constant turmoil with schedule changes. If you are la South Carolinian your opportunities are limited. Good hours and perks go to people who have relocated and brought there bad habits with them. Work every holiday including Christmas. Don't be late by 1 minute, you will be written up.
