      No room for advancement due to company politics-not how well you do your job it is who you know

      Cons

      All companies have politics of sorts- DHL has no management skills employees are paid just to do a job ask no questions

      You will learn alot by working with this firm. There is not much formal training, but you learn from experience very quickly.

      Cons

      The bad part: The management is horrible. They treat their employees like nameless faces. Over worked and highly underpaid. Absolutely not advancement opportunities
