      Pros

      Largest freight forwarder globally, with career opportunities domestically and internationally. Competitive salary and benefits, including tuition reimbursement. Strong focus on continuous improvement and Six Sigma type methodologies.

      Cons

      The company culture is terrible; particularly bad with changes in senior executive management and global transformation strategies that are failing miserably. Often a seeming disregard for employees while at the same time touting employee engagement. "Respect & Results" is the company's advertised guiding principle, and both have been sacrificed in recent years.

      Pros

      Unscheduled days off with no recourse! Don't have to meet sales goals and still keep job! Management clueless so good for us! Steady paycheck and benefits! Occasional team building events!

      Cons

      Commission is rarely paid on time and is usually incorrect. We don't get it. Current Management is clueless about sales. Rarely ever see them on the sales floor helping out. Can't hire or hold on to top talent. Morale extremely low. Haven't met goals or had any real contest. No confidentiality. Management "leaks" info. Wrongful firings and write ups in this department. Bad attendance issues. Unconcerned lazy aamanagers.
