DHL is a large global company with a lot of resources. There is room for personal growth within the organization. Many employees have had significant tenure within the company. International opportunities are also available.
Cons
Complex organization containing many layers of management. Not a lot of training available for employees. Company has antiquated IT systems which lead to errors. Business units aren't in communication with each other.
