      Pros

      Work pressure is not hectic. human resource is active.

      Cons

      Focused on cost cutting. Very low pay scale. Attrition rate is high. very less benefits. canteens are not good.

      Pros

      Lot of knowledge and expertise within the organisation as it has grown through acquisitions of some strong companies like AEI, Danzas, MSAS/Exel.

      Cons

      Too much of overlapping responsibilities and HR needs to be stronger to retain the talent pool. Its a pity that this company spends so much to train the people yet it does not give them the platform to implement what they learn by having a proper career succession plan- Trains people for competition. To make the matters worse now - it has the fast tracked IT implementation plan without proper leadership at functional level which is leaving employees in a limbo / dilemma.

      the company gives a sounding ground of what is working for a multinational. The brand is a well known.
