      Great company that is finding it's footing in the new economy

      Pros

      People are competent. Customers are diverse. Logistics is perhaps the best place to be involved with every aspect of the economy.

      Cons

      Change is a challenge and innovation is sparse. Communication among the DPWN divisions are not optimal. Leadership is in flux. Talent is not a measured asset.

      Security, during the hard times they tried their best not to lay off staff. The senior management is very smart and run a good operations.

      Limited room for movement and changing jobs.

      Good benefits, safe enviroment, nice new building

      Cons

      No interaction with "desk level" employees. You get recognition when something goes wrong. Local and especially regional management could care less about input from the team. The VOICE is an excusr to have lunch on the company.
