      Pros

      It is good experience to take with you to a better company. Looks nice on your resume'. you have to "sink or swim" with no training, so DGF does help you become quite self suffeicient.

      Cons

      Management team, for the most part, are all Robot Overlords that have no understanding of their team members and customers. Management teams are not approachable, and do not help resolve issues. pay is very low compared to others. No advancement opportunities. Raises are very low. Management only cares about bottom line, not customer service. staff is so spread thin that work load for one = what would be expected of 3 or more staff memebers. No help in site. No bonuses. No positive reinforcement. Only work there if you need resume experience.

      Pros

      Treated as an executive level employee with a high degree of respect. Company leadership was very proactive in driving the business. A wonderful place to work.

      Cons

      You are still a small fish in a big pond. Anything having to do with the IT department or getting badges is a huge pain and takes a long period of time. Took two weeks to get a laptop up and running so it would be useful.
