      Everyone was very friendly, good pay, good hours,

      Cons

      Trainers need to be willing to do the job of training. Until I requested in writing that I be assigned a willing trainer, I sat most of the day and did nothing because the trainer assigned to me didn't want the job. Leaders need to communnicate what is expected and see that it is being done or evaluate why it isn't.

      Pros

      Global brand will open doors to customers. Collaboration with DHL Express and Contract Logistics produced sales opportunities and synergies. Focusing on improving IT solutions. Rewarded well if you perform. Great Global Bid Team.

      Cons

      With numerous acquisitions of Airborne and Exel the systems are still lacking. Customer visibility solutions have room for more improvement. Sales commission restructuring that need to be more like the Expeditor model.
