Pros

Remote work is available for jobs where it makes sense. Although they have threatened to bring people into the office again.

Cons

DHL does not accommodate disabilities. It does not matter how much you try to work with them or how much you explain or beg. It doesn't matter how many Drs. You see or how many confirm the same things. They will not extend even the most simple accommodation. If you are a POC or LGBT or non Christian get ready for a lot of unaddressed diet prejudice. It's enough for you to feel uncomfortable, but just light enough for you to not actually be able to file an HR claim. Not that HR will care enough to do anything. Management is a mess. You will not receive adequate training or support, and they will punish you for it. Upper management doesn't seem to care at all until it's time for evaluation then they will "politely instruct" that even neutral evaluations will mean things like removing WFH and other benefits. However they can't bully me into lying here. Stay away unless you really have no alternatives or don't fall into the above categories.
