      The pay is alright. Good work/ life balance

      Cons

      Too many unnecessary rules. Too much micro management. Too many lazy and self centered people that have the attitude that someone else will do that. Too many people that get away with not helping in the freezer even though they get paid extra for it. Unrealistic expectations for people doing replenishment.
