Management making promises to people, but they do not uphold a commitment. No one empathize with employees. No one cares about anything other than your production yield. Employees lower on the rank expected to work every minutes of them contracted hours, while management leaves early every day.

Direction from the top is always changing, shoot from the hip ideas about how to run the operation. Absolutely no appreciation for hard work and dedication, we can replace you, you don’t matter mentality. Treated and talked to like you’re an idiot in front of peers and in public settings. Corporate HR is in the back pocket of the leaders who act this way, so they are no help. Leaders are allowed to act this way because they meet goals. If you speak up or voice your concern about how things are done or don't agree 100% with the direction, your position is eliminated due to "restructuring" the organization.
