multicultural and very dynamic environment respected company you can gain real hands on experience ideal for those who finished school and looking for real experience - not just thory very process oriented nice package of benefits
Cons
not ideal for idependent thinkers ideal for followers (those who just follow) too process oriented - even litle things often require approval or some kind green light. But those who usually approve actions have no idea what they asked to aprove. limited opportunities to grow external resources are often hired instead to give opportunities to own employees. If you want to claim your career lader here, you need to choose your words very carefully at meetings Engineers are often asked to do changes which can't be tested in advance but business always requires guarantess that changes won't have impact to running services. Business often requests network changes but at the same time doesn't want to approve them.
