Pros

-Great amount of vacation -Dedicated Sick Days -Hybrid Schedule -Workload tends to be manageable

Cons

The prevailing approach with DHL is never do more than the bare minimum. Average employee has been with the company 15+ years in the same role and content with never moving forward. Very few opportunities to climb the ladder, and going above and beyond for customers or the company earns you nothing. In fact, the goal is not to assist the customers but to use any excuse possible to rid DHL of responsibility. Management acts confused as to why they can't retain new talent when the only thing offered besides average wages is a pizza party every 2.5 months. Extremely few employees are under the age of 50 since the newer generations don't fall for that gimmick anymore.
