      Dear colleague, Thank you for your review and the insights you share with us and others on Indeed. Without you and all the other colleagues, we would not be the company we are today. It is nice to read that your colleagues are friendly and helpful at work, that is how it should be. The trick is to focus on the elements of the job that you enjoy. Bad management does not ruin your career. It can make you look great if you manage to complete your projects under bad management. Try to start finding more compelling places to work where you are learning and not just earning a paycheck. The worst that can happen is that you realize it's not easy and gain more empathy from the top down. Of course, this doesn't always happen with the same speed everywhere, but we're working on getting a little better every day.
