      The German Father company DPDHL truly does care for its employees loads of benefits and a decent bonus and a decent wage

      Cons

      There are so many management levels reality to the people doing the actual job is lost! Most who did the job will admit they’re so glad that don’t have to do the Agents job! The job in truth it’s a highly skilled ever changing paperwork approval processor’s job that has ridiculously highly set KPI’s for quantity’s of files agents must complete each day whilst working in a strict bully boy style Call centre style environment where you get a strict 30 minutes allowance per day to go to the bathroom and make/fetch yourself a drink, 30 minutes unpaid lunch and 15 minutes paid vdu break these can be taken together which is needed because the canteen is 5 minutes walk from the departments!

      1. Chennai Management team works as they are the rulers of the world. 2. Very cheap mentality towards the employees outside of Chennai. 3. Policies regarding OnCall Allowance was created in 1950s and not updated after that, home labor earns more money than this.
