      Pros

      Supervisors are AMAZING and company gives back to employees! They make us feel appreciated and welcomed! I love my job and look forward to work!

      Cons

      Work load can be overwhelming, some supervisors will make you feel unappreciated, you will work in a section where you don't want to work

      Take it easy and behave less ''Nazi''

      Nice area (the neighborhood) and places to eat. On boarding is interesting. 4 days home office per month.

      Cons

      From the title of my review, you can deduct that DHL are so paranoiac. FB, skype, spotify, changing your desktop background picture, saving a picture, having sticky notes, watching videos- Everything is forbidden and blocked and frowned upon. The office is very old and bland design and it smells bad. No social activities, no joy and no colors, no common spaces. Disorganized floor plans, no IT office, no HR office. No Hubs. The benefits are the lowest I have seen in prague. 300 flexi pass and 70 czk meal vouchers.
