There is a great work life balance and great compensation for making your quota.

Cons

They need to invest more in technology and automation in the terminals to hit their delivery commitments more consistently.

Not the job of my dreams

Pros

Good first job as I was not fluent in german. On summer it was better, less post and better weather conditions.

Cons

Winter is hard both for the weather and because of a lot more post. Saturdays delivering advertising was very stressful.

Good place to work but slow average YOY increments

Good working env, flexible hours and above average compensation for shift allowances (for OPS)

Cons

Normal-average YOY increment. Should adjust the quantum as company is doing good.
