- Multi-cultural working environment - Competitive financial packages - Many opportunities for international assignments - Many employee engagement activities - Very generous working hours policy - Very high job security - Relatively easy to move into new roles

Cons

- Some parts of the organization are still traditional, hierarchical and bureaucratic - The average age is too high - Top management not brave enough to get rid of toxic people - Talent management programs can be improved - A long way to go in customer centricity - still very inside-out driven
