One may need to wait for your superior to move or resign for you to rise up the ladder. Alternatively you may want to move to a different team/department to achieve this.

A good company to start with

Pros

Good company to start, nice chances to grow and learn.

Cons

You need to be a follower, low salaries not reflecting your workload. People coming and leaving constantly . Although has been bough from Deutsch Post , DHL is a Czech company with more than 60 % of Czech employees with bad Czech management .

It's a leader in the logistics industry, and is aggressive in expansion. A well-known shipper and uses data as well as any other company.

Cons

Numbers, numbers, numbers. Little true people management, despite constant HR training.
