Many people have being leaving due to lack of pay rises and harsh management.

Respect for my views, and reliance on my skills. Very supportive of those who "go the extra distance"

Cons

Strong and open focus on revenue generation, with limited thought for career development. Not good at looking internally for causes of issues. Can tend to blamestorm when things go badly
