      Terrible place to work

      Pros

      Pay well. BD's entertain clients with endless drinks at great events. Good Location. Big name clients. Interesting acquisitions over time.

      Cons

      Aggressive management. BD's sell BA's, Developers or PM's as consultants to their clients regardless of the actual skill set required. Outdated model with sales guys who have no idea about technology. No respect to the heartbeat of the business (the consultants). Not able to claim expenses or travel. Micro managed.

      Pros

      Interesting assignments with long durations at client sites. This enables you to work on a variety of things at a client once you have proven yourself there.

      Cons

      Difficult to change out of a client to get access to better opportunities. Your career plan with HR is not considered when new assignments come up. It's still about keeping you billable which limits your long term value to the company.

      Can become a body shopped resource - if you don't take control of your own career
