The company is still forming, but seeing how the CSC side works for business I will never want to work for this company if we eventually turn into CSC. No dedicated teams to insure process and products get adequate support. Comparing HPE to CSCI can see why CSC is going be runned into the ground. Management has no vision of the future for it's people. It only cares about sales. Sales are good for the press but your people won't back you if they are treated like overhead on the payroll. Meanwhile team members with deep knowledge have pretty much exited the company leaving a few who is left to keep the boat afloat. Everyone who has been part of HPE in the splits has not seen a raise for years. With poor leadership and no compensation. Great way to make people leave.
