      Pros

      Great place for IT professionals who want to be familiar with the core concept of ITIL processes and strict adherence to Change Management process in an Enterprise environment.

      Cons

      Once you get assigned to a big or well stablished ITO account there's very limited hands-on system admin work. Mostly monitoring work and the usual disk space extension. Speaking as a former ystem admin for HPE.

      Pros

      The Success Sharing Programme (SSP) is for staffers not eligible to participate in another DXC incentive or profit sharing plan, and will reward “top-performing employees”. I benefitted from it and I am a true DXC patriot now.

      Cons

      I am certain that too many people are occupied with meta data processing. As part of a technology support team I need to keep in pace changing world and concentrate on doing only what matter to the client.
