Pros

Pay slip every month and then even that's naff. There is literally nothing else good about dxc, there are a few people that are nice.

Cons

Still sitting here amongst this nonsense we call dxc technology. I work in an old porter cabin in Tunbridge wells that's been here for nearly twenty years when the building was only supposed to be here for 5 years. The floors are rotting, the air conditioning doesn't work. The smell is horrendous, smells like mould in here. Moral is at an all time low, people are not interesting in being a good team player. They are simply here to stare at outlook all day and fill in the odd pointless spreadsheet nobody actually reads because it's completely useless information anyway. No pay rises year on year, what's the point of working here. I won't be staying at DXC for much longer and I'll be glad to leave the company. Saying morning and getting a shoulder shrug every morning even from management is ridiculous. Employees sitting in here simply hanging onto this sinking ship we call a company. Redundancy after redundancy and management managing management. Had a conference call the other week, someone started playing some r and b music down the line, sounded like someone's was having a party. Employees sleeping on the job here, literally sleeping at work or not bothering to turn up for work in the first place.

Pros

A lot of good people who are fun to work with, know what they are doing and how to improve the business. Working from home is encouraged.

Cons

None of the afore mentioned people are not given the power to do anything to turn the company around (which is sinking fast) - and the option to work from home is likely less to do with trust and more that it saves the company money on office space. Staff are treated like numbers on a spreadsheet. Zero morale. Terrible automated systems and off-shored IT/HR (who are less than useless). Terrible benefits / travel and expense policies (be prepared to bank roll the company out of your own pocket if your job requires travel - and good luck getting that money back!) You are told when to take holiday (in order to increase quarterly profit). For a company with a proven history of unethical behaviour (just google/Wiki the company) - then preaching to staff about how important ethics is to you is very hypocritical.
