      Absolutely none at all here

      No raises for 2 years i was employed and when asked was told to keep my mouth shut about it and not to discuss it with my onsite superior. Good luck getting in touch with anyone if any payroll issues arise, which they will, like being taxed and having pay reduced for 2-3 different states on the same check and never reimbursed. Everytime you ask your so called onsite HR rep, he/she tells you to contact help desk. Phone number on pay stub has been out of order since July 2017. Exterior links/timesheets take an hour to access on a good day. By far worst company ever worked for.

      Cons

      Too many redundancies which make it difficult to have the right people on projects. not enough emphasis on gaining industry recognised qualifications. Pay doesn't align with the industry (is below)

      Pros

      A vast majority of U.S. based employees work from home. This can be a pro and con as the company has stopped paying for everything (Phones, internet, computers, etc). It can help provide a higher quality of family life.

      Cons

      Terrible upper management. Organization is a joke. Most employees report to multiple lines of management, often reporting to persons who have no clue who they are. No respect or regards for the vast majority of employees. There is no sense of pride working for this company. All benefits have been systematically eliminated or reduced over the past decade. No raises in many years.
