      Just a shell of what HPE used to be

      They gave a paycheck to us

      Cons

      It is a lay off machine, legacy HPE employees are being reduced weekly with no plans to stop till 2020. Benefits completely suck, overpriced insurance in comparison to other companies, and the 401k may as well be non existent.

      Pros

      Interesting time as the company is absorbing all of the HPE ES assets and employees.

      Cons

      New business that came from CSC and HPE merger. Employees here are simply a number, and there are constant threats of layoffs. Interesting, there is very little specific communication from the higher-ups on the move-forward plans for the company. This is a company that cuts costs hard, and calls it growth because it improves margins. If employees want to learn about future plans for the company take a look at the investor documentation to shareholders. Stand-by for more cuts and more "workplace synergies" aka layoffs.
