DXC is one of the better companies in the world to work with because has a completely human inclusión thinking and also the best on technology transformation on a Digital Workplace.

Flexible working hours. Medical coverage for family. Office location has good traffic, no traffic jam

Cons

Performance bonus based on individual. No salary increament. Hard to upgrade experience level. I worked there for 4 years and my title is still beginner level, with only one time increment. Office environment is not good anymore. No more seniors in office, mostly juniors. No activities or events. No recognition

work culture is almost good.

Cons

No new projects. No life growth, no increment. Every quarter cost cutting right from employees cutting to common things like Tea,coffee etc is a common thing.
