No other dept wants to talk with you unless you have a charge code All discretionary spending requires 10 layers of approvals...which discourages you from spending (is that the point) Approval hell is real

OLD technologies, it'll damage your career if you don't make sure you champion new tech/ways of working extremely bureaucratic and inefficient. Example: you are sent to a sales meeting which requires inter-state travel, to get the RTA approved it takes three managers to sign off. Makes you feel like you are asking for permission to go on a cruise on the company dime (no you just need to do your job) internally very fractured. many times you'll be sitting in a client meeting and there will be people from different teams at DXC talking over each other or undermining each other (in front of the client!!!). There is no sense of being a part of something big together
