      Company lost its way a long time ago

      Pros

      It was a paycheck *shrug*. The people you work with were the only plus. Although, there was still lots of infighting and the "us vs. them" mentality between legacy CSC and HPE.

      Cons

      Still couldn't figure themselves out from the CSC and HPE Enterprise Services merger - a year after merger the systems and tools were still a mess. So much focus on the bottom line that corporate people care went out the window. Corporate support of Employee Resource Groups was a complete joke and essentially nonexistent. I only found out how underpaid I was when I left and actually started earning what I was worth.

      Flexible, unlimited vacation, laid back work environment

      No raises. No additional pay for promotion moves even when promised by management.
