Pros

Really good people with which to work. Some even good to work for. That's about it.

Cons

Upper management lies. Middle management is always in COYA mode. Had zero salary increases (and not just me... everybody I know). Then before that we had a 5% salary decrease. Lots of layoffs with no seeming logic as to who stays or goes. This creates a culture of fear. Almost dread payday Fridays.

Pros

You get a pay check every 2 weeks

Cons

No leadership. Poor benefits package, health plan is little better than Obamacare. Morale is rock bottom. Cumbersome back office systems. We were acquired last year and people are leaving in droves.

Pros

The ONLY pro is the fantastic group of people that provide clients with superior service and support their fellow employees.

Cons

-No raises in YEARS. They have basically said there will be no raises for the foreseeable future & that if you go WAY above & beyond, you may eligible for an annual $5K bonus. -They constantly talk about how to be more profitable, but then give in to every whim of the client & take it out on the DXC employees when projects or blocks of business don't make money. They also low ball deals just to get the business & then get upset with employees when the project/block hasn't made a profit. -They will RIF a very good employee in the blink of an eye. But, if you suck, you will be passed around from one group to another for years, without any consequence. Then, once they decide they want to address the bad performance, they make managers jump through hoops to be able to fire someone for cause. -They constantly look for ways to "save money" that translate to a poor experience for employees. I.E. 401K match was moved to annually. Two holidays were recently taken away. No raises. -Performance appraisals must rated on a scale. So, you really can't rate employees according to their work - you have to make them fit into a box. I.E. A group of 10 employees can only have 2 Top Rated employees, 5 "Middle of the Road' employees & 3 Lowest Rated employees (even if you none of your employees performed poorly).
