Their solution is to cover client server racks with tarps that move the water to buckets. One was in place for 2 years. Salaries are also some of the lowest in the market. No pay raises for more than 4 years. Travel is frowned on, and forget about business cards or post it notes.

the CEO, or L1, as he likes to call himself (there can be only one), and his close friends who are busy applying 1980s "solutions" to 21st century challenges; i.e. they are gutting the company for max OI. While shareholders love the latter, it's shorttermist and will likely leave customers and staff in the lurch. Lack of congruence between words and actions, particularly around to corporate CLEAR values.
