      Pros

      No pros except stylish office and onboarding process, which is to foold you in joining them.

      Cons

      So many things, Manager and seniors from sable has ruined the culture and turned it in to their own home. No sense on how to speak rude and arrogant. The company is already drowning. No moral, Fired during worst time amid pandemic, even though i was booked on project till September.

      Had the opportunity to work with a highly motivated team that worked very well together.

      Cons

      No raises, new CEO is bringing in his goons and ruining multiple sectors within this company. People are constantly let go and you're there to pick up all the work. More responsibilities with no additional pay EVER.

      They have well paid lawyers who are great at writing nasty threatening letters.

      Cons

      DXC’s employment contract has a 6-month restraint of trade that purports to prevent you from working for a competitor after you leave, and they are not shy in bringing in their lawyers to try to completely prevent you from earning an income after you leave. Welcome to the DXC Hotel California - if you join, you can never leave! Read the employment agreement carefully and seek independent legal advice before you sign any DXC contract.
