      Coworkers are the only perks within the company.

      Every roles replacement is drawn out, filled at lower pay rate, and no pay rises in 5 years

      Pros

      Salary can be competitive only if you ask for it when you get hired. They want to stay relevant by hiring people with capabilities they are missing. There are no trainings. They have well known clients but projects that do not have proper planning.

      Cons

      Proper project planning is not exercised here, there will be a rough timeline and that's it without giving much thought on the project dependencies. You have to ask your manager for an increase and defend why you need an increase. This means a lot of politics and staying on your manager's good side. Performance reviews are just for formality and do not equate to salary increases. Most projects are Proof Of Concept or prototypes that will be sold to existing clients if they work out. You have no focus as you will be deployed wherever your managers wants you to be.

      you get a desk, it is close to a lot of businesses and is accessible via public transport

      Cons

      - always more additional work than agreed - the workplace feels bare bones, the building is crowded and tiring - open office plan = noisy workplace - constantly changing staff (a lot of people use this company for their entry position and most people move on to a much better salary somewhere else, doing the same thing) - not competitive in salaries - they barely enforce the humane environment
