      THINK Carefully before joining this company. NO annual salary increment.

      Average like other companies, nothing fantastic

      Cons

      No pay increment for everyone every year, they said only your manager submit your name for pay increment then it MAY happen, but from what I know it is a very small chance to get approval. Every year, there is inflation but this company won’t care about their employees. PLEASE THINK CAREFULLY IF YOU WANT TO JOIN THIS COMPANY, unless they can offer you very good pay and you can sustain the same salary for few years before jumping to another company.

      Pros

      Working remotely allowed for a lot of flexibility and was a huge perk given that there is so few other perks.

      Cons

      Everything.. Due to layoffs and cost cutting your expected to work more to cover those roles, and they lay off the people that are trying to automate many of those functions. Also there has been no raises in years and there is not expectation of given them for the upcoming years either. So get the salary you want before you walk in the door.

      The company has been endlessly merging HPE and CSC with near-constant workforce reduction. It is near impossible to establish any internal capability.
