I have had ONE salary increase (1.6%) in the 12 years I have been employed. All annual reviews are "meets all, exceeds some" with one "Exceeds all" rating. This really means I am earning less than when hired in 2011. Usually I am told there are no increases within the company for that particular year and this year I was told there were increases but only for the "exceeds all" which is extremely rare to achieve. rating. I have a mortgage and kids in college and am losing money year over year (inflation, normal cost of living)
