      Work life balance, Excellent Free transport pick and drop facility, No micro management.

      Cons

      No spocs for payroll, PF transfer etc Things can be more organized.

      Pros

      If you're lucky enough you will land on a project where you will have to do all the heavy lifting that will help you have the technical experience. I say this in a positive way because nowadays there are rarely any good projects left in this company. You build a good portfolio but loose all your peace of mind. Very laid back company if you're happy with this kind of work culture. You will find very helpful people here, but sadly they are all leaving. Has lot of potential but no goal.

      Cons

      I will keep it to the point here: If you are a fresher, don't join no matter what. You will find many "managers" here who have no common sense. They will just worry about their positions and nothing else. It's not like there are no good people in management positions here, but they are very less in number. Management will scavange for projects and get work as if they are getting work for daily wagers. This is true if you are not working for a long term, big team project. No events or tech talks to encourage people to race for upcoming technologies. No standards maintained in projects. Trainings are a joke here. You are your own teacher. I sometimes feel very sad about what has become of this company.

      Worst IT company ever....do not ever join it...this is for CSC. I don't know what will happen now with the DXC employees

      If you want do not want to do any work and are satisfied with less money....just go there and have your lunch and roam around the company...more like a college. If you want to prepare for any exams like for MBA, govt jobs or any other exam. For people who just want to experience a job life and later wants to join there family business.

      No Hike No facilities No learning No growth opportunities Bond does not reduces with time Lazy environment Old technologies A techie can not expect any kind of good hands on experience Simply the worst that could be possible for a company
