      Stay away, its better to be unemployed than work for DXC

      They occupy space and produce CO2, send the bulk of their profit oversea

      Cons

      If you are hired because you have a specific skillset like Sharepoint or BI, they are likely to promise you the world, hire you, get them to train the masses of unskilled workers and then make you redundant.

      It's a job. Love the work I do. Co-workers are great. Been here over twenty + years.

      Cons

      Company DOES NOT care about it's employees, No Raises in over 3 years. Domestic workers are being replaced by India Resources with no experience just to hit that bottom line.

      Pros

      lower level management is very good.

      Cons

      Upper level management is completely screwed up. This is a professional services company. It's only real assets are the employees that actually provide the professional services. DXC certainly does NOT treat employees like assets. Pay is low, so turn-over is high and morale is really low. Some people have not received a pay raise in over ten years.
