      Flexible environment to work. And work pressure depends on which project you are working on. When it was HP it was a good company to work.

      Cons

      Not stable now. Many lay offs are going on. And even no salary hike because of merge.

      Employees in lower positions are not well compensated No increase for 2 years already Unappreciative profile managers for some accounts Managers consider people as deliverables and gives a role which may not lead to their career path just to deliver Poor career development They will keep you in a role even though you have requested to be moved for more that 20-50 times One particular client (HPIT CLIENT) only puts people in the role without checking if skill sets are matched NO AMPLE TRAININGS for employees Higher management are more particular in SAVINGS not QUALITY OF SERVICE
