      Great worklife balance. Work from home opportunities.

      Poor employee moral, salary increases and career growth. The company is more interested in saving a buck by lowering costs and moving jobs to low cost locations, instead of keeping the people with the most knowledge and experience.

      I had a good team, good working hours, Weekends off, Free cab pick-up & drop, Awards & recognition, outings, fun Fridays.

      Very less Salary, no hike, promotions delay, no lap tops for few processes.
