Pros
Good onsite opportunity if you are in the right project, good work life balance - completely dependent on the project.
Cons
No appreciation for good work, appraisal cycle is not linked with increment cycle. No increments at all, attrition is at an all time high. Only people who are bound by family obligations or are technically not fit want to stay in this company. Zero growth opportunities. Management doesn't pay any heed to your concerns, you can literally work hard without being acknowledged. They are all spineless people with no value for their good employees.
