Regarding your note about remote work for new employees in Yerevan, we understand that preferences differ. Every country has its own ecosystem that naturally shapes how businesses operate. Local culture, traditions, and regulatory frameworks all influence working practices and, in turn, shape workplace culture. In Armenia, the vast majority of IT companies operate either fully from the office or in a hybrid format. This approach is not unique to one organization but rather reflects country-specific practices—similar to how taxation rules or employment regulations differ from one location to another.
