Thank you for being with DataArt for more than 8 years! We truly appreciate your dedication and all the contributions you’ve made during this time. We’re glad to hear that you value the absence of micromanagement, competitive compensation, friendly environment, flexibility, growth opportunities, and our people-first approach. Regarding your note about remote work for new employees in Yerevan, we understand that preferences differ. Every country has its own ecosystem that naturally shapes how businesses operate. Local culture, traditions, and regulatory frameworks all influence working practices and, in turn, shape workplace culture. In Armenia, the vast majority of IT companies operate either fully from the office or in a hybrid format. This approach is not unique to one organization but rather reflects country-specific practices—similar to how taxation rules or employment regulations differ from one location to another. Thanks again for sharing your experience, it’s great to have colleagues like you in the team!

Pros

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Cons

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
