By the way, gym is not far away. What do you think about moving there? Ask your local office manager about such an opportunity. Most of the projects have mandatory hours, but you can raise the question of rescheduling if it's not convenient for you. Have you tried to discuss it with PM? Regarding the study, everything is based on your personal initiative, that's true. But why is it a con? We have a huge internal educational portal you can start a course anytime. If you want to get an external education, discuss it with project and EDU coordination there is an opportunity for sponsorship if it's required by the project activities.
