Our colleagues have a contract with DataArt, not a client, and receive full support from us: from social packages to salary payments. If you don't like the project, you can discuss changing it. Sorry that your projects didn't match your expectations.
We also encourage our colleagues who have any unpleasant experience *(like low level of team spirit, etc.) to speak out to location or project management. We work to solve such issues.
