We’re happy to know that you like your teammates and the projects you work on :) You don’t have to work overtime if you don't want to. Any overworking is a matter of agreement, they should be performed only on mutual wish and must be paid for by the company. If you feel any press and are not satisfied with the number of working hours, please discuss it with your TeamLead, PM or HR.

      Competitive salary Good top management No micromanagement Employees are valued and overall good company culture

      Cons

      Lot of toxic people among employees (Devs,QA etc) Work-life balance is bad. Overloded working day is not rare thing. And everything should be done in yesterday.

We are concerned that you feel overloaded with tasks and we don't regard it as a natural state. You don't have to work overtime if you don't want to, and we ask you to escalate the issue if you feel any press about that from a particular TeamLead or manager. Your work-life balance is important for the company as well as comfortable teamwork. Don't hesitate to articulate the problem and address it to HR and your local office management if you don't feel enough support within the project.

Our colleagues have a contract with DataArt, not a client, and receive full support from us: from social packages to salary payments. If you don't like the project, you can discuss changing it. Sorry, that the project didn't match your expectations.
