We work with many companies on different domains and almost all the time there’re a lot of projects to choose from. Perhaps it happened that exactly at the moment you were looking for a new project, the teams you might like to join had already been staffed.

The procedure can be initiated both by the management or an employee him/herself. If you feel that your payment doesn't correspond to your skills and tasks, you can openly discuss it with your PM, team lead or local development center manager.

      Really depends on the project and manager, some it looks like "back to USSR". Some managers are absolutelly greedy

      Thank you for your review and having worked with us for more than 3 years! We hope that you wasn't staying in a project that you didn’t like for too long. We’re trying to be as flexible as possible in terms of changing projects, it can be always discussed and another opportunity could be offered within the company.
